Lori Paladino Ross, the Founder of Clarity Consulting & Coaching, LLC, is a native Arkansan with over 30 years of experience in Marketing, Fundraising, and Executive Leadership. She holds a Bachelor’s in Marketing and a Master’s in Business Administration, both from the University of Central Arkansas and is a Board Certified Executive Coach. She has raised money in the healthcare, non-profit, and faith-based industries working on multi-million dollar comprehensive campaigns and large fundraising special events.
She is known for her ability to connect and build strong professional relationships and is especially skilled at message development by telling the unique story of worthy organizations in a way that connects potential donors to their mission and strategic vision. She has been recognized for her executive leadership statewide and in Central Arkansas, including the top award presented by the Conway Area Chamber of Commerce: the Diamond Achievement Award of Conway’s Outstanding Women in Business.
She has served on and led many local nonprofit boards including Conway Corporation, Conway Area Chamber of Commerce, and the Faulkner County Community Foundation. She currently serves on the boards of the UCA Foundation and ARISA Health. Her many years of experience creating and utilizing market research including feasibility studies gives her an eye for reading between the lines, which blends with her ability for encouraging honest and forthright feedback in an environment of trust which is key in fundraising and executive coaching.
